Thank you for choosing Ascension Church to provide your child’s Religious Education.

Only one registration form is required per family for your children in grades Pre-K through High School.

Upon completion of the form, you will receive a confirmation Email with a reminder that a copy of each student’s Baptismal Certificate is required to be submitted to the parish office to complete the registration process. The Family Fee for Religious Education is $100.00. You can scan the QR code to pay by credit card or with your Faith Direct Account. We also accept cash or check at the Parish Office or after weekend Masses at the Information Booth in the Family Center.

Registration must be completed and fee paid to attend class. Deadline is October 13, 2024.
